Kongos (KONGOS) - это южноафриканская альтернативная группа, состоящая из четырех братьев: . Детство эти ребята провели часть в Лондоне, а часть в Южной Африке. Окончили школу в Йоханнесбургесыновья Джона Конгоса известного певца 70-ых, поэтому они были с детства окружены музыкой.

В группе играют все четыре брата: Джонни (аккордеон, клавишные, вокал), Джесси (ударные, перкуссия, вокал), Даниэль (гитара, вокал), и Дилан Конгос (бас-гитара, гитара, вокал). У них всех реальные фамилии Конгас . Часть братьев жили в Южной Африке, а часть в Лондоне. Сейчас живут в США штат Аризона. А точнее в Фениксе. Не имеют ничего общего(как они сами утверждают), ни с Конго, ни с южноафриканским племенем, ни с Лассо Конго, ни с пиццей Конго, ни с японским броненосцем Конго, ни с Кевином Бейконом. Они просто братья. И рознит их с «Jacson 5″ только то, что их четверо и они белые.

Конгос, по старой памяти, частенько заезжают в родную Южноафриканскую республику с концертами. Как ни странно, но их, белых, очень радостно принимают даже в Йоханнесбурге. Так же ребятки активно ротируются на местных станциях.

Расшифровка названия их группы:
«K» for Cool, «O» for Awesome, «N» for Knowledge, «G» for Jenius, «O» for Artistic, «S» for speling.
